The General Assembly
is composed by delegates of national textile machine associations who must each represent a different company, represent a manufacturing member company producing textile machinery and related technologies and are in an active managing function. The national association delegations are accompanied by the Director/Secretary of the national association. The General Assembly meets at least once a year.
The Board of Directors
This governing body comprises the Presidents of the CEMATEX member associations and is chaired by the CEMATEX President. It proposes policies and strategic directions to the General Assembly, and supervises the implementation of decisions taken by the General Assembly.
Internal Audit Committee
The board appoints among its members an internal audit committee to oversee the Cematex financial situation and reporting on these to the General Assembly.
Cematex President
The Cematex presidency rotates over the Cematex member associations.

Executive Committee
The executive committee is composed of the General Secretary of Cematex and the Secretary of each CEMATEX member association. It works under the supervision of Board. The executive committee prepares the board meetings and supports the board with the development of the strategic direction of CEMATEX
Working Groups
Ad-hoc working groups are formed within the Executive Committee to do the work for strategy development and implementation. These groups report to the Executive Committee and General Secretariat.
General Secretariat
The General Secretariat supports the CEMATEX President with his tasks during his mandate and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the association. It chairs the executive committee meetings.
