In response to mounting regulations and the push for a circular economy, CEMATEX (the European Committee of Textile Machinery Manufacturers) held the “ITMA Sustainability Forum: Accelerating the Green Transition”, on 30 October 2025.

The forum, held alongside ITMA ASIA + CITME Singapore 2025, brought together EU policymakers, financial institutions, and industry leaders to facilitate cross-border dialogue and knowledge exchange.

The first part of the program focused on how industry could respond to EU sustainability policy changes. After the break, the focus shifted to how to finance the shift to circular textiles.
